POSITION TITLE: Director of Student Engagement POSITION SUMMARY: This position cultivates a sense of community and provides opportunities for student engagement, growth, and development in support of YCCC’s vision and mission. This position exists to provide direction and administration of all facets of student engagement. The Director of Student Engagement provides oversight of Student Life, Housing, Athletics, and Esports. As it relates to Student Life, this position supervises and coordinates student engagement programming on campus. In the area of athletics and Esports programs, this position oversees risk management, budgeting, hiring, planning, monitoring, development, and staffing.
