Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking applications for an Associate Director of Compliance. This position is responsible to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance for assisting in coordinating all aspects of a comprehensive NCAA Division I athletics compliance and rules education program. The Associate Director also: - Provides support and assistance with research to interpret NCAA, conference, and ETSU rules and analyze presented scenarios to determine permissibility for coaches and staff; - Organizes required NCAA documentation including eligibility reports, financial aid squad lists, scholarships, Letters of Intent, recruiting documentation, and practice documentation; - Serves as part of the athletic eligibility certification team; and, - Performs all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities	Knowledge of NCAA rules and the ability to make interpretations. Knowledge of the NCAA Compliance Assistant software, Banner software and LSDBi. Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain a high level of integrity. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to work independently under deadline without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of progressive experience in NCAA compliance.
Preferred Qualifications	Master’s degree 3+ years of progressive experience in NCAA compliance.
