The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing the biweekly payroll for all categories of employees within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA). This includes creating, updating, and processing changes and/or terminations to employment appointments and other documents to meet payroll deadlines; and review submitted event payroll sheets, create event spreadsheet, and consolidate to initiate event payments in payroll system. Accurately fulfilling payroll functions: updating salaries/hourly rates, processing new hire employment forms, performing exit payroll system processes, monitoring and maintaining leave records, managing international employees with visa documentation; and understanding tax implications and processing requirements, tracking employment agreements, and
