The Assistant Director, Competitive Sports & Community Programming provides leadership, strategic planning, administration, and day-to-day decision making for the delivery of a comprehensive collegiate competitive sports program within University Well-being & Recreation. Through this work, the Assistant Director is expected to ensure an environment and experience that fosters a sense of community. maximizes opportunities for student engagement and learning and supports the overall well-being of the OHIO community. Primary areas of responsibility will be oversight to the Intramural and Club Sports programs consisting of Competitive Sports student personnel, Competitive Sports Graduate Assistants, and evaluates Club Sports Athletic Training Graduate Assistant, as well as advising club sports
