• Provides direction and leadership for the university’s varsity athletic, club sports, recreation, and wellness programs; supervise the work of coaches, coordinators and trainers; coordinate with university administration to develop and implement strategic plans. • Provides leadership and management for the intercollegiate athletic program, including policy issues, academic and athletic performance, budgeting, fiscal management, scheduling, adherence to university policies, association and conference regulations, staff supervision and evaluation, long-range planning, public and media relations and athletic fundraising. • Works with University Advancement to develop, implement, and direct fundraising and corporate support programs for intercollegiate athletics. • Provi
