Full-time, professional position with Three Rivers College, an NJCAA Division I institution in Region XVI.  This position will assist the head coach to direct a competitive program in accordance with the College and NJCAA rules and procedures.  The assistant coach will also assist with all aspects of the women's basketball program to include but not limited to: Support and perform duties as assigned by the Head Coach. On-court instruction during practices and games; instruction of student-athletes on all related principles and rules for team concepts and player development. Provide instruction to athletes regarding physical health and safety. Game day planning and management. Recruitment and Retention. Reinforce academic success
