Essential Responsibilities:

• Shooting video and performing post-production on content for game highlights, season previews, special features, awards, and marketing and promotional items
• Manage and work to improve the Wolves+ streaming platform
• Design, create and manage social media initiatives for the Department of Athletics, including working with coaches on individual team accounts
• Oversee statistical and press coverage at home athletic contests for assigned sports and disseminate information to local media following home and away contests.
• Hire, train, and supervise work-study personnel.
• Attend athletics staff meetings
• Responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are completed in compliance with various institutional and regulatory requirements.

• Attend provided/necessary training and other meetings to support effectiveness within the position as required.
• Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the Keuka College mission, vision, and values and adhering to institutional policies.
• Maintain a high regard for student privacy in accordance with the FERPA privacy policies and procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience with videography, video editing, and creating social media content is required
2. Experience working in a sports information office and using statistical programs
3. Computer proficient with knowledge of Adobe Suite
4. Working knowledge of statistical inputting programs
5. Must have time management flexibility and be able to sustain long work hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends. 
6. Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
7. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
8. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
9. Ability to provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
10. Ability to work under pressure with a high tolerance for interruptions, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
