The Assistant Director for Strategic Communications serves as the primary contact for multiple varsity athletic teams at Boston University, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Patriot League and Hockey East. This position handles the publicity and public relations of the assigned teams and their coaches and student-athletes primarily through GoTerriers.com and social media platforms. A main component of the position is contributing to the creative unit within MarCom to enhance outreach and engagement with fans, alumni, parents, media and both current and potential student-athletes.
