Under the general supervision and guidance of the Director of Academic Services, the Athletics Academic Advisor will provide a high level of academic support in an industry-leading and progressive academic support team. The AAA will manage all aspects of academic support for assigned student-athletes/sports programs while monitoring academic progress, NCAA eligibility requirements, and progress towards graduation. The AAA will be required to exhibit ongoing and open communication with student-athletes, coaches, academic services team, athletics department staff, and university faculty/staff. A thorough understanding of the University of Utah, Pac-12 Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations is required.
