Penn State Schuylkill seeks a Director of Athletics and Recreation (AD) to join our team of dedicated professionals. Reporting to the Director of Student Affairs, the AD leads a team of 3 full-time staff members, 15 part-time coaches, and over 120 student-athletes who compete on 11 intercollegiate teams. This position is responsible for the management and growth of the athletic and intramural programs, works closely with others in Student Affairs and across campus to recruit and support academically qualified student-athletes, and raises funds to support the programs.
