Lamar Community College (LCC) has two exciting opportunities to build a new soccer program.  There are currently two opening-one for a men's coach and one for a women's coach. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, dynamic professional to join our team. Our institution provides the highest quality education and service excellence in an environment of care, support, mutual respect, and integrity. This is a full-time, 12 month, exempt head coaching position. The successful candidate will have a background of coaching that will allow them to be responsible for operation and management of the Soccer program including recruiting, scheduling, planning, organizing, budgeting, and promoting LCC Athletics.
