Primary Purpose The Director of Sports Marketing and Promotions is responsible for the implementation of all sports marketing initiatives for Idaho State University’s 13 Division I sport programs. This position is also responsible for the design and execution of each sport’s marketing plan, game-day activities, social media initiatives and promotions. This position will also assist in the execution of sponsorship agreements during games and throughout the year.
Oversee all sports marketing initiatives
Create and execute marketing plans for each of Idaho State’s sports teams
Fluent in Adobe computer programs (Indesign, Photoshop, Premier)
Be part of a team that will build Idaho State’s following on social media
Design all marketing materials for each Idaho State program
Oversee sports marketing staff
Create a desirable gameday experience
Direct and organize gameday activities
Ensure that promotions are being fulfilled on social media and on game-days

Salary will be $41,226 annually, commensurate with education and experience. Includes a competitive benefits package.
