JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Development, the 12th Man Foundation Manager of Premium Seating will serve as a key member of the Annual Fund team. This position will be instrumental in creating and maintaining an exceptional experience for premium seat patrons while helping the Foundation achieve its mission of “Funding Scholarships, Programs and Facilities in Support of Championship Athletics.”
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead efforts for gameday operations and needs of Premium Seat Holders at football games, baseball games, and other events as applicable.
Coordinate with the Senior Director of Development.
Oversee and act as primary contact for the Concierge Team in collaboration with human resources for hiring, onboarding, information dissemination, scheduling, and gameday operations. The Concierge Team is the 12th Man Foundation’s part-time gameday staff entrusted with delivering a first-class experience to our premium seat holders.
Communicate with Premium Seat Holders regularly regarding updates, gameday information and other announcements, as necessary.
Collaborate with campus and athletic department partners such as facilities and events, hospitality, security and custodial services to create and execute gameday operations for premium seat patrons.
Manage agreements and contracts for Premium Seat Holders through DocuSign.
Provide outstanding customer service to Premium Seat Holders via phone, email, and face-to-face communications.
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Development and ticket office staff on premium seat renewal processes and ticket delivery.
Conduct offseason evaluations of premium spaces and take necessary steps to correct any issues or facility needs.
Evaluate policies and procedures throughout the year and update as needed.
Maintain organized files on Kyle Field and Blue Bell Park suite holders.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or relatable work experience.
1-3 years related experience.
Experience with premium hospitality or athletic venue suites and clubs is preferred.
Experience using DocuSign is preferred.
Experience using Paciolan is preferred.
Must be able to work all home Texas A&M football games and baseball games.
Must be open to working occasional weekends and nights as needed in addition to football and baseball games.
