Baylor University Athletics is seeking an Associate Director of Development Operations. This position manages the day-to-day operations of the Baylor Bear Foundation.
A Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant work experience are required. Four years of relevant work experience are preferred.
The Associate Director of Development Operations is responsible for the following duties:
Provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, assist donors, process payments
Manage and submit departmental invoices
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for annual fund membership campaigns, season and single-game ticket sales, special events, and Bear Foundation membership
Write and develop content for use in email marketing
Identify trends and monitor key performance indicators for athletics revenue and engagement
Serves as a liaison to data warehouse and automation partners
Assist in donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
Responsible for the coordination and execution of special events
Create and maintain annual fund events and solicitations calendar
Manage the hiring and retention of graduate assistants and student workers
Develop and train student staff to offer the highest customer service that enhances the brand of the Bear Foundation
Work directly with ticket sales team to coordinate communication and customer service efforts related to donors and season ticket holders
Assist on game days with donor relations and customer service needs
Prioritize and complete ongoing tasks following established departmental guidelines and policies
