Requires a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, education, special education, curriculum and instruction, sports psychology or sport related field.  At least three years (5-7 preferred) of professional experience working in an academic advising, teaching, or counseling, preferably with Division I student-athletes required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred 
• Five to seven years of professional experience working in an academic advising, teaching, or counseling, preferably with Division I student-athletes preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• N4A membership, understanding of NCAA/AEC rules and regulations, and experience with PeopleSoft and Retain desired.
