Director of Player Engagement
Northwestern University
Reporting to the Head Football Coach and Director of Football Operations, the Director of Player Engagement is responsible for providing direction and support to the development of the Northwestern Football student-athlete. This position will provide day-to-day support to student-athletes in areas such as community engagement, academic progress, ‘big brother’ and mentoring programs. Supporting all diversity and inclusion initiatives, this position will hold a leadership role with the NU Football program.
Please note: Willingness and ability work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel required.
Responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.
