Head Women’s Softball Coach

Northwest Tech is seeking a head coach for women's softball.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, eligibility, fundraising, facilities/grounds upkeep, travel, and practice plans. Coach shall instruct students on the skills and strategies related to competition, mentor and maintain discipline of student athletes, and ensure academic progress. Coach must represent Northwest Tech and the softball program in a professional manner, while enforcing college, KJCCC, and NJCAA guidelines governing the sport.
