UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American) member, is seeking applications for the position of Senior Associate A.D., Student-Athlete Success.
As a member of the Vice President and Director of Athletics' executive management team, position assists in providing the management, administrative direction, coordination, and control of activities of the overall Intercollegiate Athletics program within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. In this capacity, the position will oversee Athletics' Title IX, gender equity and inclusion policies / programming / reporting, as well as service representing the Director of Athletics on various University, Conference, and NCAA committees / task forces relative to student athlete welfare. In addition, the Senior Associate A.D. will actively participate in the development of UCF Athletics' budget and its components, to include budget oversight for assigned areas; directly manage the areas of academic services for student-athletes (ASSA) and student-athlete welfare & development (SAWD); serve as sport administrator for assigned sports; and actively represents Athletics with various campus constituencies and committees in the management of issues relative to student-athlete welfare, student conduct, and Title IX.
Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four (4) years appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six (6) years of appropriate experience. Prefer executive level experience within intercollegiate athletics with emphasis in student-athlete welfare.
