Executive, Executive - Associate Athletics Director
The Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine is responsible for oversight in all areas including insurance and involving Athletic Training, Athletic Training Staff, assigned graduate assistant and student trainer observers.
Organize and administer the day-to-day operations of the athletic training facilities including, but not limited to, maintaining all medical records, insurance, and supply inventory. Supervise graduate assistants as well as clinically instruct undergraduate athletic training students in the Athletic Training Undergraduate Program.
Must maintain an understanding of and assure adherence to NCAA, Southland Conference, Institutional rules and Louisiana Board of Supervisors regulations.
Certified in Athletic Training by the board of certification.
Current Louisiana Athletic Training Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire date.
Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid .
Must provide copies of all certification documents.
Must be committed to working with diversity.
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to complete the Southeastern Driver's Safety Program.
