•NCAA/Big 12 Conference waivers and secondary violation reports
•Assist academic counselors and Registrar Office staff with NCAA annual reports
•Monitor admissions status of incoming prospects, full-time enrollment for current student-athletes, and team rosters across multiple databases
•Update policies and procedures
•Research and provide NCAA/Big 12 rule interps for coaches, staff, donors, student-athletes and general public
•Assist with rules education for coaches, staff, student-athletes, parents, university staff, boosters and the general public

Bachelor’s Degree at time of application
Three to six years of full-time experience working in NCAA Div I compliance
Experience using LSDBi and RSRO, and other applicable NCAA programs and computer software
Experience and knowledge working with NCAA Bylaws – especially 12 and 14
Advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate)
Knowledge of Big 12 Conference rules
Experience using JumpForward and Teamworks software
Experience using PeopleSoft software
Excellent oral and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to make independent, informed and decisive decisions in a demanding environment
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
