Central Michigan University (CMU), an FBS Member of the Mid-American Conference, is accepting applications for a Compliance Graduate Assistant (GA).
Position is in line with the University’s academic year and selected GA could serve in the position for up to two years. Salary is approximately $10,900 per academic year with a tuition waiver up to 20 graduate credit hours per year. As a GA, the selected candidate is required to maintain a minimum of six (6) graduate credits each semester as well as maintain at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA.
This position serves as a member of the compliance staff with primary responsibilities that include assisting with monitoring and rules education efforts, as well as other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include bachelor's degree, ability to assist in developing rules education content, ability to assist in monitoring recruiting activities, willingness to assist coaches and student-athletes with compliance related concerns, knowledge of and commitment to following NCAA, conference and University rules & regulations, and acceptance to a CMU graduate program (on-campus or online).
Preferred qualifications include experience working with compliance software (LSDBi, Compliance Assistant and/or ARMS) and experience working in a Division I or II compliance office.
