This position will report to the Head Football Coach and the primary responsibility will be the management and coordination of recruiting activities for the football program.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with training and experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, collect and evaluate data, and maintain databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of the sport of football. Several years of experience at the Division I level recruiting and supporting a football program.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. Experience with ARMS or a compliance software program.
