The Director of Athletics is responsible to the Vice President for Innovative Partnerships & Student Development for the quality and integrity of a 23-sport athletics program, fundraising and promotions, management of fiscal and human resources and athletic facilities, supervision of staff and coaches, compliance with NCAA and other applicable rules and laws, and overseeing spirit groups.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is preferred. Increasing management leadership responsibilities in intercollegiate athletics, preferably at a Division I institution, or comparable experiences required. Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Saint Francis University, founded in 1847, is a small Masters comprehensive, Catholic University sponsored by the Franciscan Friars.
