As a member of the Athletic Department, the Assistant Director, Business Operations will process all aspects of the Athletic Department’s procurement activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing accounts payable and purchase orders through the review and approval of invoices; reviewing contracts & agreements for the purchase of goods & services; overseeing the Department’s courtesy vehicle program; advising coaches & staff on best practices for purchases; and providing financial information to the Asst. AD – Business Operations and Assoc. AD - Business Operations.
Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; and 2 years of athletics business operations experience, knowledge of NCAA rules.
Additional Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with experience.
