Travel Management: Senior resource person for all department travel. Responsible for managing, projecting, planning, coordinating, analyzing, securing and monitoring the travel needs for 20 sports, approx. 40 coaches, 20 administrators, 400 + student-athletes, 200 + recruits, involving 29 accounts with a travel budget of over $1,685,000. Responsible for ensuring all travel is in accordance with NCAA and Big West Conference travel policies and regulations, as well all University and campus policies. Requires independent judgement in making decisions and problem solving.
Responsible for travel arrangements, solicitation of pricing and verification of budget information for all team, administrative, individual travel for recruiting visits, conferences and conventions travel. Arrange airfare, hotel accommodations, and transportation as needed. Coordinate booster/radio talent travel arrangements and billings. Book airline reservations using campus Connexxus system. Incumbent must be available for consultation during off hours. Utilize ARMS workflow software to to review and approve travel budgets, itineraries, and other related travel workflows.
Camps & Clinics: Coordinate and direct administrative tasks associated with the operation of ICA sponsored camps.
Trade: Manage the department sponsors trade-out voucher system.
Business Office Operations: Provide general and specific administrative support to the ICA Business Office.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email and calendaring software.
Experience coordinating and making travel arrangements for small and large groups.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience, with additional consideration for Master's degree. Prior collegiate athletic business office experience and/or collegiate athletic travel management experience. Knowledge of Big West Conference and NCAA compliance rules and regulations. Experience with public records requests.
