Executive, Executive - Associate Athletics Director

Wagner College, a NCAA Division I member of the Northeast Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Associate Athletic Director. The Associate AD will serve as a visible leader for athletics, specifically women's athletics, and promote success on and off the field for Seahawk student athletes. This position will report to the Director of Athletics.
Primary responsibilities will include sport administrator, supervisory oversight of Wagner's NCAA compliance program and Student-Athlete Academics Services, as well as attend NCAA and NEC meetings as required, oversee all National Letters of Intent, and the athletics financial aid budget.
This position will handle the compilation of certain NCAA reports (GSR, APR, Sport Sponsorship) and ensure Title IX compliance.
This position will also serve as the departmental liaison to Financial Aid, Admissions and Residential Education and serve as a Title IX coordinator on campus.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 to 4 years of experience; knowledge of NCAA Graduation Rates and Academic Performance Reports (APR).
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree
