Coordinator of Athletic Video Production

Video Production Lead provider of in-house video content for North Florida Athletics across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: -Producing video content to be used in social media platforms, on Athletics’ website, on video board systems, and other platforms promoting UNF Athletics and student-athletes -Producing the year-end highlight videos for the annual Student Athlete Awards Show and other special projects including sponsorship fulfillment -Producing all video content for video board systems, including intro videos, hype videos, and other operational needs -Distribution and storage of video files; maintaining an organized archive of videos -Managing staff and interns used to acquire video files, edit video files, and produce promotional material -Researching and acquiring new production equipment within appropriated budget. -Other projects as assigned Videoboard Operations Responsible for the operations of all videoboards located at UNF Athletic Facilities, including but not limited to: -Creating the content that will appear on the videoboards -Managing operations of the videoboards during events, including non-athletic events -Scheduling and managing the staff associated with running the videoboards during events -Serving as the liaison with Nevco regarding maintenance needs and software updates -Other duties as assigned Graphic Design Provide graphic design support to the Marketing and Communications Offices, including but not limited to the following platforms: -Serve as a key member of our social media team managing and producing content for social media outlets -Any team and department promotional items -Advertisements for ticket sales for various sports -Graphics for use on miscellaneous digital signage and other promotional outlets -Other projects as assigned

A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a directly related area of specialization; or a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and two years of experience directly related to the job functions. Preference shown to applicants who meet the required qualifications and also possess the following: Ability to work as a member of a team with diverse personalities and backgrounds. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong working knowledge of video editing software/programs; strong computer background with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe software, and other graphic design software; ability to work with coaches, athletes, students and university administration to complete a wide variety of tasks; ability and willingness to work long hours and weekends when the job requires; must demonstrate a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations as it pertains to athletic department personnel. |
