The Ticket Operations Assistant position plays an integral role in the day to day operations of the Bearkat Ticket Office and will assist in providing excellent customer service and detailed information to all customers, season ticket holders and staff. This position will also assist with athletic ticket sales, printing and distributing tickets while maintaining detailed records for season ticket renewals and events in accordance with system, university and department policies and procedures as well as the NeuLion Titan ticketing platform. This position also includes assisting with the hiring and training of daily office and event student workers, as well as corresponding with pertinent staff information, accurate time sheet processing and scheduling report times and assignments for events. Familiarity with NeuLion or other ticketing systems is preferred. Some nights and weekends required. Performs other duties as assigned. Associates Degree in related Field. Two years relevant administrative assistant experience or experience in a related field. Certifications may be required. A Combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
