UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American) member, is seeking applications for the position of Coordinator, Championship Resources and Donor Relations.
Under the direction of the Associate A.D., Championship Resources / ChargeOn Fund, the selected candidate assists in the day-to-day management of the Athletics Championship Resources department within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: actively engage in a high volume of donor retention, season ticket / premium seating renewals and customer service communications / development activities (via in-coming / outgoing phone calls, e-mail and in-person presentations), maximizing transactional gifts in conjunction with ticket revenue; develop and implement progressive communications and programming towards the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of gifts towards the achievement of annual fund goals / objectives; research and daily oversight of creative solutions towards donor engagement / stewardship advancing relationships with current / prospective donors, to include strategic events / programming / communication pieces; actively serve as an advocate of UCF at Athletics, donor and community events, to include football, basketball and other game days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of appropriate experience. Prefer demonstrated customer service experience with both internal and external constituencies, preferably in an athletics environment. Strong attention to detail, CRM / Archtics experience and communication (written/verbal) skills also preferred. Note: the person selected for this position will be employed by UCF Athletics, which is a Direct Support Organization (DSO) of the University of Central Florida.
