Position Summary: Athletics. The Executive Assistant to the Director of Athletics provides administrative support for the Director of Athletics and manages the day-to-day operations and special events of the Athletics Department.
Works with the senior Athletics staff to advance the mission of Athletics and Georgia Southern University.
Serves as special events coordinator.
Prepares and disseminates presentations, agendas and correspondences.
Coordinates arrangements for travel and expense reimbursements for the Director of Athletics.
Oversees calendars and appointments for the Director of Athletics.
