Bard College, a member of the NCAA DIII and the Liberty League, invites nominations and applications for the full-time position as Assistant Athletic Trainer. This 10 month position includes assisting with the phases of sports medicine for intercollegiate programs and student-athletes including the care, prevention and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining records relative to injuries and treatment, supervising student assistants and overseeing athletic training room protocol. Excellent interpersonal skills required and a willingness to be flexible when working in a rigorous educational environment with focus on multiple tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; NATABOC certification required with NYS licensure eligible and certification in First Aid, CPR/AED.
