RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Facilities & Operations will focus on assisting the Associate Athletic Director with the logistical aspects of event operations for all home athletic events and the day-to-day operation of athletic controlled facilities. The primary responsibilities of the position will be 1) manage the execution of home athletic events and hosted championships; 2) monitor and manage daily upkeep of facilities and equipment; 3) hire, train, schedule and supervise student workforce; 4) schedule use of athletic controlled facilities; 5) execute departmental spending including employee and official payments, and reconciliation of expenses. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. At least one (1) year of experience in facilities & event operations at the collegiate or professional level is required.
Master’s degree preferred.
