Responsible for assisting the University's Intercollegiate Athletics program and establishing policies and procedures that achieve the parallel goals of development and maintenance of quality athletics facilities in order to continually be competitive in all aspects around the nation, while adhering to all NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
Oversees USF Athletics facility needs, policies and procedures, equipment, and personnel. Develops current and long-range plans to ensure efficient maintenance operations of Athletics facilities. Maintains interface with auxiliaries and local agencies of the University and community to facilitate projects.
Maintains and reviews the budget for the facilities department and all oversight areas.
Oversees housekeeping department, ensuring all facilities are properly maintained and prepared for day-to-day operations and all athletic events.
Oversees the grounds department, ensuring high quality and safe playing surfaces are provided to student-athletes and coaches.
This position requires a Master's degree in education or a field of study related to the academic program, or a Bachelor's degree in those same fields with a minimum of two years of experience.
