Job Description: 1.Be a spiritual leader within the Trevecca athletic department. Understand the Trevecca mission/values and live within the Christian expectations of the University. 2.Coordinate the distribution of the proper completion on NCAA and conference paperwork for all student-athletes 3.Coordinate/monitor the beginning of the academic year student-athlete forms (informational form, NCAA Drug Testing Consent Form, etc.) 4.Coordinate/monitor financial aid information 5.Coordinate/monitor recruiting information 6. Coordinate/monitor academic eligibility information 7. Review all informational forms 8. Conduct rules education workshops 9. Oversee the investigation, review and reporting of possible institutional violations of the rules and regulations to the conference and/or NCAA national office 10. Oversee the ongoing internal review of effectiveness and efficiency of athletic compliance system 11.Participate in institutional self-study and conference reviews 12.Attend NCAA and conference seminars and meetings
Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master’s degree, Experience in NCAA Compliance, Experience in leadership and supervisory role, Experience in spiritual leadership, Collegiate athletic and/or coaching experience.
