This position will be responsible for developing and executing all solicitation and stewardship plans for the annual fund, maintaining accurate gift records within the Athletics software system and executing all reporting needs, serving as the liaison with University Advancement to assist with accurate donor records, and coordinating the annual fundraiser, Bobcat Bonanza, which hosts over 550 alumni and fans and raises over $420,000 in scholarship support.
Other duties for this position include: supervise two full-time staff and four interns; oversee gift-in-kind program, game-day hospitality areas and donor luncheons; meet with assigned donors; cultivate and steward current donors to increase support; identify prospects for new memberships and other duties as assigned.
