The University of South Dakota Assistant Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Coyote Ticket Office; renewing season tickets for football, men's & women's basketball, and volleyball, acquiring new season ticket holders, and developing group sales opportunities. Additionally, this position will assist with the hiring and training of game day support staff, scheduling Coyote Ticket Office personnel, and coordinating ticket operations for all home athletic events, including event reconciliation and reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and be able to work nights and weekends, as needed. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree and ticket office experience.
Bachelor’s degree required. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of ticket office or related experience with intercollegiate athletics. Knowledge and experience with NeuLion ticketing software is preferred. Candidates must have excellent oral and written skills. Candidate must have the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision, with an irregular work schedule including weekends and evenings if necessary. Working knowledge of NCAA rules and interpretations in relation to the ticket office is preferred.
