Carthage College, a member of the NCAA DIII and the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, is seeking to fill an Athletic Department Graduate Assistant position for the 2019-2020 academic year. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with general athletic operations including event management, assisting with ticketing & promotions, scheduling & overseeing event management student workers, assisting with department-wide events & fundraisers, overseeing student-athlete absence reports, and assisting with various compliance duties as needed.
This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics and Assistant Director of Athletics, and requires availability during nights and weekends.
Bachelor’s Degree and acceptance into a Graduate Studies program at Carthage College is required. Previous work, or experience within athletics at the NCAA DIII level is preferred.
