The University Athletic Association (UAA) is looking for and individual to assist in the day to day operations of the Main Ticket Office and will also be responsible for managing all operational areas of the Student Ticket Office (STO). Position will also be responsible for managing ticket operations for one or more assigned sports.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of administrative experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement. One (1) year of ticketing experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience required. Previous experience in an intercollegiate or professional athletics environment is preferred. Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Archtics or other ticketing systems, cash handling experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are also required. Effective communications skills, customer service skills and excellent computer skills are also essential. Requires an organized individual with the ability to multi-task effectively. Must be an independent thinker, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Availability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays is mandatory. The ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds is essential.
