Position Description The Ticket Operations Manager will develop and execute plans for the organization’s ticket operations for all Florida Citrus Sports events. This position requires the candidate to manage multiple projects concurrently and includes administration of seating manifests, inventory allocation, reporting and other duties as assigned. The manager will work closely with sales, marketing and customer relationship management departments in pursuit of overall company goals and objectives. The position will report to the Senior Director of Ticket Operations.
Supervise and train seasonal staff.
Supervise the stadium Box Office operations on game day including proper cash controls, ticket issues and hiring and training of staff. Address customer complaints and resolve event related issues.
Develop and implement processes for sale and distribution of parking passes for members, sponsors, internal needs, teams and public sale
Perform revenue reconciliation and provide detailed sales and financial reports on a timely basis as well as maintaining all ticket department records. Actively monitor and report ticket sales trends on all major events throughout the ticket presale and on-sale period.
Develop new strategies and enhance management of ticket inventory allocations and special offers for bowl games, Florida Blue Florida Classic, Camping World Kickoff games and parking on the Ticketmaster (Host/Classic and Archtics) ticketing systems from inception through event reconciliation.
Perform all ticket operations duties including, but not limited to: building accounts, buying seats, processing payments, building price codes, ticket types, sell location rules, etc..
Create manifests, events/plans and ticket inventory for all events with strategies for enhancing maximum revenue.
Manage membership/season ticket renewals, including payment plans and preferred seating by allocating payments to accounts and processing upgrades as requested.
Ensure compliance of ticket sales and ticket operations with established policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a multi-task, deadline-driven environment. A strong understanding and experience in ticket operations with advanced knowledge of Archtics and Ticketmaster HOST is a MUST.
Commitment This position requires at least 40 hours per week and the flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends according to the Florida Citrus Sports event schedule. The position requires the ability to work during Labor Day weekend and the December holiday season.
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 of experience in Ticket Operations or Manager in a related or similar ticketing environment
Strong communication and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills including time management and the ability to multitask
Experience in navigating a heavy workload to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Advanced knowledge of Archtics and TM HOST systems
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Universe
