Operations, Operations - Administrative Support, Operations - Business Office
University of Oklahoma Athletics Department is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic member to join the Business Operations as the Coordinator of Business Operations. This position will be responsible for the financial oversight for various Athletics accounts, including Unearned Business Income, A/R billing, invoice management, annual reports, and year-end close.
Required Education: High School Diploma/Some College or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:
36 months of Accounting experience
Knowledge of standard bookkeeping and accounting procedures
Financial or accounting experience to include analysis, auditing and budgeting
Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications
Advertised Physical Requirements:
Must be able to communicate, engage in repetitive motions, reach and sit.
Knowledge and understanding of NCAA and Big 12 rules.
Experience with intercollegiate athletics.
Experience with University accounting systems.
Supervision: No Supervisory Duties
