The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Operations Specialist, Women's Soccer.

The Operations Specialist will assist head and assistant women's soccer coaches on daily operations of women's soccer office. Will assist with: - Managing emails and recruiting database. - Manage the team's calendar of events. - Oversee all aspects of video operations to include: filming and editing of games and practices; maintaining statistical library for program; handling team film exchange. - Assist with all aspects of women's soccer camps/coaches clinics (approximately 4 each year (3 camps/1 clinic). - Coordinate all aspects of team travel. - Serve as the liaison for the women's soccer team in conjunction with the office of academic services and compliance office on all matters pertaining to their program. - Prepare daily schedule for team. - Provide additional program operations support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. Must possess in-depth knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; advanced computer skills; ability to use technical electronic equipment and operation of video system software on the computer (Mac-I Movie; Sportscode Elite; Match Analysis; Tango; Instat)
