Position Summary: Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Track and Field Operations Coordinator in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expect to: be responsible for all managerial and administrative operations for track and field and cross country, including practice reports, competition log, record keeping, team travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Required Degree, License or Certifications: Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence
Required Skills or Software: Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2013, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2013, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence

Other Requirements: Track and field playing or coaching experience. Ability to learn and operate software specific to our team, athletic department and the University.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in a Division I environment. USA Track and Field and/or USTFCCCA certification.
