The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for the position of Athletics Compliance Coordinator within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Office of Ethics and Compliance. This full-time position reports to the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and will assist with the administration of Penn State's athletics compliance program and managing all associated risks. The Athletics Compliance Coordinator will assist with the administration of a comprehensive compliance program that includes rules education, monitoring, reporting and general support of the compliance efforts of all athletes staff, student-athletes, and external constituents. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate and experience interpreting NCAA rules, monitoring compliance activities of athletics staff members, and educating a broad constituent base. Experience with the JumpForward platform is also preferred. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with an excellent possibility of re-funding.
