Purpose: This position will provide administrative and fiscal support to the coaches and staff located in Ratcliffe Hall, the Director of Athletics, and perform duties as assigned by the Athletics Finance Manager. KSAs Required: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a quick and organized manner within professional environment Ability to communicate effectively and exercise good judgement Ability to work with confidential information as it relates to the Athletic Department Knowledge of computer systems KSAs Preferred: Knowledge of eVA, Micro Business, and SWaM Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Required: Experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software. Experience providing administrative support in an office setting. Education Preferred: Some college level courses Experience Preferred: Experience using eVA. Experience using Micro Business and SWaM. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Google Drive. Experience working in a college or university setting.
