Position: Head Volleyball Coach/Athletic Event Assistant. (Full-time, twelve-month position).
Responsibilities: Responsible for operation and management of the Women’s Volleyball program including recruiting, planning, organizing, budgeting, and promoting LCC Athletics as well as assisting Marketing Director and Athletic Director with game organization. Duties may also include some Sports Information responsibilities.

Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree is required, however, a Master’s degree is preferred. The candidate should have coaching experience; playing at the collegiate level a plus. The successful candidate must also support the mission and purpose of LCC athletics and meet recruiting targets. The candidate must be student-centered with a desire to assist in developing young women as athletes, students, and people of good character. Successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills. Experience with event and/or Sport Information a plus. Website management, video, and marketing skills preferred. Must hold or be able to acquire a Colorado commercial driver’s license (Class C with Passenger Endorsement). Some evening and weekend hours are required.
