Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Ticket Operations Assistant for the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office. This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket & Analytics and is a year appointment with a 2nd year possible renewal.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: •Provides professional assistance to the operation of the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office. •Executes all aspects of Ticket Office operations including ticket fulfillment, processing, promotions, and customer service.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

• Position requires nights and weekends.
