Miles Community College is seeking a full-time Head Women’s Softball Coach and Athletic Center Assistant. The coach will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of a competitive NJCAA Division II softball program. This position will also provide staffing support in the athletic center.
Applicants should have experience in organizing and developing a plan for a softball season, daily practice, and recruiting athletes. Responsibilities include proven skills in working with game and practice management, fundraising, community involvement, academic advising of student athletes and working within a predetermined budget.
Qualifications: This position requires a, Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous coaching experience at the college or high school level is preferred.
