The Assistant Director of Compliance is responsible for monitoring and documenting compliance with the NCAA and West Coast Conference legislation for Pepperdine Athletics.
Monitor compliance with NCAA recruiting and CARA legislation. Coordinate the monitoring of recruiting logs and CARA hours within ARMS. Assist in the monitoring and awarding of athletically related financial aid. Administer NCAA and Pepperdine annual forms. Oversee the complimentary pass-list process and ensure compliance with NCAA, WCC, and Pepperdine legislation and policies. Maintain accurate and complete information files for all student-athletes. Uphold University mission through work performed. Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a regular, exempt, 40 hour per week position.
Required: Bachelors Degree. Minimum of 3 years of Division I athletics compliance. Knowledge of NCAA legislation; excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to use PeopleSoft, Excel, and PDF.
Preferred: J.D. or Master's degree in related field. Proficiency in NCAA Compliance Assistant and ARMS.
