The Leadership Coordinator is responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Athletic Department's leadership program. Other responsibilities include assisting with the department's analytics focus and Success Through Well-Being Initiative. Responsibilities include; -Develop, manage, and assess the effectiveness of the department's leadership program. -Conduct individual, group, and team mental health and performance psychology counseling with student-athletes -Develop resources and assist with the coordination of the department's Success Through Well-Being Initiative -Assist with with the coordination and management of data collection for the department's analytics focus
A master's degree or doctoral degree in a mental health related field required, certification through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), and a strong analytic focus and ability to utilize Qualtrics for data collection and analysis
