Direct the Nebraska Athletic Department’s brand, marketing and digital/video departments. Set the vision for all aspects of customer consumption, outreach and guest interaction. Responsibilities will include the marketing, HuskerVision, digital and video content, event and ticket marketing, customer (fan) experience, graphic design, licensing and trademark. Function as the department’s liaison to its third party sponsorship and multi-media partner (IMG). Demonstrated experience in marketing and broadcast operations. Position will serve on the External Operations Leadership team.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years’ work experience in marketing and/or multi-media platforms. Knowledge in video content and Broadcast Operations. Preferred qualifications: Ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree. Experience in marketing and/or multimedia platforms in a Power 5 Conference or professional sports league. Executive level management and Media outlet/vender experience is highly desired. Criminal history background check will be conducted. Excellent benefits including staff/dependent scholarship program.
